At Goat Daddy Roping, we’re more than just a rodeo organization—we’re a family united by our passion for Western heritage, community, and the sport of goat roping. Founded with the vision of creating a space where competitors, families, and fans can come together, our mission is to grow the sport while building lasting connections and opportunities for the next generation.

What started as a shared dream among four friends has grown into a foundation dedicated to hosting exciting events, supporting youth involvement, and keeping the rodeo tradition alive.

Our Story

Goat Daddy Roping was born out of friendship, faith, and a shared love for the Western way of life. What started as four friends—Pablo, Luis, Daniel, and Angel—roping together and dreaming of something bigger has grown into a movement dedicated to community, competition, and tradition.

We saw more than just a sport. We saw an opportunity to bring people together, to give families a place to gather, and to create events where both kids and adults could experience the thrill of rodeo in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.

Each of us brings something unique—vision, organization, outreach, and competition—but together we share one mission: to keep the rodeo spirit alive while opening doors for the next generation of ropers and rodeo fans.

That mission inspired the creation of the Goat Daddy Rodeo Foundation, our nonprofit dedicated to growing our community, supporting youth development, and giving back through scholarships and financial aid. Through this foundation, we are committed to helping young competitors chase their dreams while ensuring that the values of Western heritage continue to thrive.

From our very first jackpot roping to the large-scale events we’re building today, our heart has always been the same—Celebrate Western heritage, support the community, and make every event feel like family.
